Sony is rumoured to unveil its first phablet at a press event in Germany on June 25 and now the full specifications of this upcoming phablet have been revealed online.
We have known for the past few months that it is codenamed Togari and a recent report pegged the final name to be Xperia ZU, but now Xperia Blog is claiming that it might be called Xperia Z Ultra. We think that Xperia ZU seems more likely given the naming convention followed by Sony until now but considering how fast Sony is using up the English alphabets, it wouldn’t be too surprising to see Sony go for Xperia Z Ultra.
Coming to the specifications, in line with previous rumours, Xperia Blog is reporting that Xperia Z Ultra will come with 6.4-inch 1080p Triluminos display with X-Reality for Mobile. The blog also claims that Sony is using Neonode’s MultiSensing touch technology in Xperia Z Ultra to support input via pretty much anything.
