Samsung could launch its next generation Galaxy S5 next February, even as the South Korean tech giant plans to introduce a gold variant of its popular Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung will start mass production of the Galaxy S5 in January next year and launch it in the market by the end of February 2014.
The report claims that Samsung is advancing the release of its Galaxy S5 due to S4`s poor sales performance, especially since the launch of the Note 3.
Meanwhile the S5 might introduce a 5 inch flexible OLED display, a 64-bit processor, 3GB of RAM, a16 MP camera and 4,000-mAh battery.
Samsung had earlier tried to boost the sales of the Galaxy S4 by introducing a gold variant.
