It isn't just all about phones and watches here in Berlin, as Samsung has just announced Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition.) An update to the previous Note 10.1, we've got a newer design that fits with what Samsung is doing on the other devices in the portfolio, and some much more pleasing hardware. It'll be available globally beginning sometime in Q3 2013.
The display on the new Note 10.1 is a WQXGA Super Clear LCD at 2560x1600 resolution. As with the Galaxy Note 3, there's a pair of different CPU's on offer, with the 3G and WiFi only versions carrying an Exynos Octa Core, and the LTE version packs a Snapdragon 800. Both carry the same 3GB of RAM that the phone has, too.
Of course, the Note line is all about the S Pen, and the Note 10.1 shares a bunch of the new pen related features that the Note 3 has been introduced with.
The Note 10.1 will come with 16, 32 or 64GB of on-board storage, all expandable via microSD card. Color wise you can have any color you want, so long as it's white or black. We've had some time with the Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) already, so be sure to check out our full hands on. The official press release can be found after the break.
