There is a lot of rumor revolving around LG’s next smartphone, the LG G2. This new 5.2 inch smartphone (or phablet) has been dominating the Android forums and blogs with bits and pieces leaking every once in a while. As of now, we have heard that the LG G2 could be the next Nexus phone (nexus 5) or Nexus 5 could be based on LG G2 to be released later in October. Today, though, we got a little more information regarding this new high end smartphone may have been leaked in a couple of images published online by a Korean site. This website claims that they laid their hands on an LG G2 model number LG-F320L for a Korean U+ network.
This confirms an earlier rumor that benchmark results that revealed a very fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor in benchmark results of a mysterious LG-F320 device about 2 weeks ago. What we can be sure about now is that the new device will have a removable 2,540 mAh battery pack and only 2 GB of RAM. Earlier rumors had indicated that the LG G2 would have 3 GB RAM. Also, the device comes with a 5.2 inch screen and not a 5.0 inch screen as may have been rumored. Other specs confirmed or revealed in the new images include the 2.3 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, built-in wireless charging and LTE-Advanced support.
