Jafza, the world's fastest-growing free zone, announced the launch of its electronic services on mobile devices, with the introduction of the Jafza Mobile App.
The app, which is available for iPhone, Android and Blackberry platforms, brings Jafza’s electronic services to the palms of its customer's hands round-the-clock.
Salma Ali Saif bin Hareb, Chief Executive Officer of Economic Zones World, the parent company of Jafza, said: "Jafza is at the forefront of Dubai and the UAE's drive for excellence in all fields in accordance with the vision of its leaders, who see the future of government as innovative."
Jafza's move represents one step in the paradigm shift already taking place in its internal processes and workflows, which have been re-engineered to bring about efficiency, immediacy and transparency, not only within the working of the organisation, but also to conform to the requirements of world-class service provision over mobile devices.
"In the words of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, we are now relocating our customer service centres to every customer's mobile device, for them to obtain our services anywhere, at any time," Hareb said.
