HTC has finally unveiled the One mini, a smaller variant of the company's flagship One smartphone. As previously rumored, the aesthetics of HTC's latest Android-powered handset are almost identical to the One, but due to its smaller form factor, there are a few sacrifices in terms of hardware.
The One mini features a 4.3-inch Super LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720, dropping down from the full-sized version's 1080p 4.7-inch screen. A dual-core 1.4GHz Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB of RAM are also included with the new smartphone — the standard HTC One, on the other hand, utilizes a quad-core 1.7GHz processor and 2GB of RAM. Additionally, the One mini carries 16GB of on-board storage and an 1800mAh battery, while the existing One is equipped with a 2300mAh battery and 32GB and 64GB storage options.
